After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2014, I spent several years in the technology industry working across diverse functions—from marketing and business development to product design and business analytics. These early roles gave me exposure to multiple business models and allowed me to understand problems from the perspectives of many different stakeholders.

My passion for data truly took shape in 2017 while working as a Business Analyst at ChoTot, Vietnam’s largest online classified platform. There, I witnessed how data-driven insights could influence product strategy, shape user experience, and directly impact revenue. That experience solidified my belief that organizations make their best decisions when they are deeply informed by data.

Motivated to grow further in this field, I moved to Canada to advance my education and build a career in Data Engineering and Analytics. Since then, I have continuously expanded my technical foundation and analytical skills, working across data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics roles. Today, I am a Data Engineer at Amazon, where I build scalable pipelines, standardize metrics, and support data-driven decision making at scale.
